The political antecedents of a Country have been example of many of correct or bad gestation. In Venezuela politics, as in all countries of the world, has had positive and negative aspects that have helped to write our History in fundaments that good or bad have made the development of that what we are today; an example of this are the chances betters that Venezuela faced in 1900 with Military triumph of Cipriano Castro.
